Vortex spinning principle
Vortex spinning technology includes the following steps:

Fiber opening: The combing roller opens the fiber strips into single fibers.
Fiber transport: The fibers are transported to the vortex tube through the tangential channel under the action of the air flow.
Fiber flow formation: In the vortex tube, the fibers form a fiber flow.
Airflow dynamics: At appropriate positions in the vortex tube, several air inlets are set tangentially along the circumference. The tail end of the vortex tube is connected to the exhaust fan through the main air duct and the filter screen to maintain negative pressure in the vortex tube.
Vortex formation: The external air enters the vortex tube tangentially at high speed through the air inlet. Due to the momentum transmitted by the air flow along the central axis of the vortex tube, a vortex is formed in the tube.
